Do you want to freshen the motor up or spend money?
Port it and give it some compression.
  3. Change the ignition to a ATP epic ignition.

Programmable and works not like the other shit ones on the market, dont go near the inferno or advent they are both crap.

Its hard to do motor work if your not wanting to spend much!
But heres a few things you could look into
    MSD enhancer
Mill stock head or get after market head...ADA seem to be pretty good
    Lighten stock flywheel
    After market reeds
Porting both clyinder and cases...Get a pro to do it if you are not sure
44sbn carbs if you dont have them already.

The epic seems to be a good ignition and should serve you well.
Look also at a set of v-force reeds for your ski. You also put an ada head on your buy list. With 33cc domes cut to 34 to bring the compression to the about the 185 mark.
Your running a riva red pipe and so you willl need the add on bracket for the ada head to allow it to support the riva red. Make sure when you put the pipe on the engine for the first time with a new head you do it with the engine on the bench. This allows you to shim everything right so the pipe doesn't come undone at the 3 bolt flange all the time
  7. I'd also if you're keeping the Riva Red (Good Pipe IMO) that you do what a very good mechanic over here did when he put mine together. Put Sica Flex on the flange when the to parts of the pipe bolt up, i had no problems with it ever and it got thrashed.
