Hi Has any one installed a Hot Rods crank in a 750 sxi. I am probably missing something incredibly simple but whats the deal with the size of the crank being to small for the seal at the drive shaft coupler end?
You need to pull off the collar from you old crank (hopefully not too worn). The cranks have an o-ring on them that the collar seals over. The the main crankcase seals "seal" to the collar at the coupler end. See this attached pic - you need to get the part 92143. Hope this helps.
