    Freesoul drove from timaru to join us.. a 2 hour drive and we didnt launch till 5pm... commitment!! Pity still about our surf conditions....

    We can ride anywhere... problem faced is either vehicle/ski access or life guards.

    Two most popular places are waimak mouth and sumner bar... waimak mouth is out because of the contaminated water ways from earthquake.. (apparently). sumner bar gets messy.. nothing stopping us riding down the coast from either location to a steady set but surf here is usually flat or messy or peeling at night or during work hours... go figure haha when it cranks its crankin!!
