Anyone got any pics of how they have renforced the front of there hull. while the motor is out I want to have a go. cheers Tim
dude, you're as bad as me! wait till that yellow thing gets hotter, THEN pull it to bits! Not too sure of what exactly you're planning, but I sandblasted, (squarenose, so its the shit hull) two layers of about 100gsm cloth, then about 5mm of 3m filler smoothed out as a core, then three layers on top. I also filled in the concave area of the chines between the engine mounts. It's a bit tricky to get looking good, so do it in small areas you can keep control of.
No Choice I am afraid, stator screws fell out causing a chynobyl style meld down behind the flywheel!
