when sufficiently wetted out, the glass will hold its own mass in resin. so if you used a square meter of say 400g fiberglass, then you would have added 800grams of mass with the glass and resin. Theorhetically
I have recently got the ski back from the painters looking sweet and with all the hull reinforcing done. just gota do the mat then il post a bunch of pictures up.
sweet finally a sneak preview of the result from all the late nights spent in the garage over the last few months! stickers and other extras still to come..
Hows the bank account looking after that little spend up? The ski looks awesome! What kinda b pipe did u get, mod or ltd? when are you gonna have this thing on the water?
uh nah haha i didnt win anything just been saving heaps of money from not riding bugger all! The account is looking a little dented tho! not sure what pipe it is just the one roger gave me to be honest im pretty sure it makes no difference. I dont really have a date set to finish this thing by im just taking my time to make it mint and still riding ol faithfull in the mean time which seems to be going harder then ever i almost dont want to sell it.
stickers aint quite done yet i still need to make up a rego number and other bits and pieces. getting there tho.
 Datz a sick looking weapon you got there Capt!! Nice set up Knoxie. Dat trailer must turn heads.
I have just installed a msd coil in it which i dont recommend it didnt fit in the eletrix box for shit it sits 5mm lower then the stock coil and makes the wires sit on an akward angle. also i had to trim the crap out of the insulation boots on the coil to get it to sit back far enough to close the box. end result no extra power. probably the only positive thing is the msd spark plug boots that come with it fit real nice and tight over the plug. cost $220 landed.
