I'm going to look at resleeving superjet pumps with a stainless/plastic liner at work, If anybody has a fucked one floating around they want to get rid of let me know and i'll take it off ya hands.
Cheers mate... I have the tools and machines needed to do the job and i'm not looking to make any real money out of it so rather than being a fucking dickhead and putting in your 2c maybe you could just keep your mouth shut so other people might get there pumps resleeved for fuck all. If there is interest I could do kawasaki pumps too.
not to be a norm lover but everyone is intitled to thier 2 cents worth it is an open forum after all what norm (dickhead)is trying to say this has been tried by many before with varing success the 2 we had done both failed dont waste your time with plastic norm and a few others have been around a long time and know what works and what doesnt even i have watched many waste money on things that they where advise not to try Good on you patrickz for giving this a go tho just dont do things for love cause not many apreciate it and when it goes wrong you become the dickhead
no, both liners failed to stay in place. prep may not have been done properly ?? they need to be true in housing and finished to correct size. i may have a couple of housings you can muck around with that you can have, will check scrap bin
In case you hadn't noticed smart ass, I was trying to save people money by pointing out that you are wasting your time, if you think you are helping people by doing a cheap resleeve on a housing then your an idiot cause it's going to end up costing them more in the long run, maybe you should have asked first to see if this had been tried before.
