yea he can be ....pretty much gota go 5 knots through habour and have some type of rego numbers on your ski..then he will probably leave you alone. we normally go up the coast a few hundred meters (left when you come out of the habour) there is a few little isolated beaches , surf is normally better there too.

big dave the harbour master is ok, but you need some numbers on your ski, it's his deputy who needs a proper smack in the mask.
