I just bought myself an 06 superjet. Basically standard except for tubbies. Was out in the sea yesterday and found it to be skittery at speed, almost chine walking. Am thinking an intake grate would combat it a bit. I want to keep the ride plate standard as ill be using it in the waves most. Any other thoughts that might help? I don't want to go changing too much just yet. cheers

I have the same kind of SJ and a intake will make it better. Also if your tall you may want to take a couple of inches off the pole. Im 5 foot 6 and it made a big difference for me.

Cheers Tofa, they were put on by Steve from opw, I got the ski off him. I'll give him a call during the week see if he has any ideas too. Did yours still do it with intake and ride plate? Cheers Mark
