you could take it to a gear cutting place... they have many spline tools. most jetskishops have then too, takes 5mins. .... tho I've successfully cut one of in the past with no problem...it's not like you'll ever need the piece of muck again
You havnt seen such a c*nt of a prop to get off untill youve seen Baileys FX1, spent 3 days on it, broke 4 prop tools, heated the fuck out of it, was just about to cut it off but tried it in a shaft chain vice and it finally came off, what a piece of shit, fuck he owes me some piss now.

I've used an old coupling shaft, the bit with the spline in it. The bearings were shot and the seals had worn deep groves so after replacing it I modified it as a spline tool. I just tack welded one of the old bearings onto it and ground a couple of flats on so it didn't turn in a vice. Its rough as guts but works sweet
