Ski was firing on one cylinder today, took out the plugs checked for a spark and only one has a spark, going to get some new leads but could it possibly be the coil thats buggered aswell?

From what I understand if the coil is rooted you'll have no spark at all.

...yea runs a wasted spark system (both plugs fire at same time), so usually if your only getting spark on one its the lead...

the leads are glued into the coil, but you can cut/dig the old ones out to expose a metal spike, what you can mount a new one onto.
