    Hey peeps.

See pics below. I'm starting the reinforcing and the bond line has a shit load of excess glue hanging out. Do I fill this join and then sand down smooth and even before I glass? And what do I use to fill and whats the best way to sand it back?

Try to grind the excess glue back below flush in the seam line so it wont get in the way when you cove over it with your resin/filler mix.

I would grind out the excess glue with a sanding disc on a grinder.
then fill with epoxy and a lightweight filler powder like West system 411 or Altex 421, its really easy to work with, you can mix it real thick and it sands back effortlessly.
Dont use a grinder, just by hand with some 80 grit will do it.
The neater you apply it, the less sanding you will have to do.
