Hey all. I'm putting a primer on my SJ and i'm wondering which side of the carb does the brass block go and which side does the brass fuel fitting tap into? I've removed the chokes.

    Hi Dan,

Doesnt really matter. Ive always put the block on the side between the two carb's and the tail on the outer sides so that you have better access when putting the hose on.

Put the block off's to the front of the ski and the fuel fitting's to the rear, then run even length hoses to the T fitting.

    hmmm, i've done something wrong..

I researched on the net the way to do this before I started. So, I put the brass T piece in the return line and ran some fuel line to the angled piece on the primer. I ran another line from the straight piece of the primer to the carbs. I'm priming but no fuel is coming through.........

The brass T piece is plumbed in on the return line close to the fuel filter....

Any ideas? I can only get the ski started by pouring fuel in the carbs but then the ski dies..

put the brass T piece in the main fuel line after the fuel tap and before the carb dude.
