The surf report is saying 1.2m swell at port on sunday and 0.3m chop so an average day. the wind is looking to blow offshore untill around mid afternoon where it will swing onshore and crap out. Im no Augie Auer but i reckon that southerly wind is guna have a chill that will go right up bailys urine stained blouse! Anyway im pretty keen. who else sign up below.
Went to Muriwai at lunch time and it was really shit. Maybe it will be better 2moro otherwise might look for some rapids near the elbow on the waikato, it is still up to the toilet block at Tuakau.
was cold as.. didn't want to fall in... a few good waves but wasn't brilliant a little unpredictable. next time we should add a cup of sugar to add to Perry's gas..
