I've been out here all weekend, had a wicked day on saturday - stayed out a whole tank of gas on low tide, was pretty good. Today was absolute rubbish, way too windy totally flat surf and lots of wind chop. I'm heading back to Auck tomorrow morning, the wind has dropped a fair bit tonight - but I wouldn't hold your breath for good conditions, probably better going up a river somewhere. Hey guys just an update, I'm up at sparrows fart and the wind has dropped right off. The conditions are pretty flat, but at least its not all chopped up. Best time will be at low tide around 9.30 Would love to join ya's out there, but I gotta bail back to Auckland soon. Cheers
