From what i have heard they wont be here for till early next year. The American dealers are meant to be receiving there stock in the next month or two.... so I would say we would see them here Jan / Feb. flick Rogers Boat shop an email and ask them when they will be getting them. Are you going to get an 08 SJ and mod the hell out of it?

Apparently its basically a set of tubbies moulded into the hull. Simple but effective I guess? They have also moved the pump further back too I believe to help with hook up. Im not totally sure of all the in's and out's but they have either made the whole pump shorter or they have moved the impellor back to effectivly give a bigger intake, further back, and increase hook up when the nose is up. I heard an interesting thing the other day too about the new model SJ's I was told that since about 03 or 04 they have been making the hull sides thinner to keep weight down. A guy down south was telling me he has had a few mates come down heavy on the sides and collapse the hull below the join. Not a good thing to have happen I wouldnt think! lol Short answer is I guess dont come down on the side but if you think it could be an issue it may be a good idea to strengthen the sides with carbon or some sort of rib setup. Anyone had this happen at all?? Could just be a bad batch of SJ's or some really bad riders?
