Anyone keen for the Port / Murawai on Sunday? Wind is turning easterly (apparently) and it won't be strong either. Approx 4ft according to the sites. Murawai may be the preference as it'll be a change of scenery over the port. Pending numbers there should be a couple of 4WDs around to haul some skis. Be around 9/10am at the beach.
dude im keen to come out to Murawai and have a look I live in massey so it quite close. Where do you get on to the beach over there. do ya think a Suby will manage.
I don't think your subaru will get on the beach, make sure you bring your superjet you won't learn to ride it by watching, just saying...
Dude I wish I could but no money and no trailer at the moment but im working on it  So If the suby wont make it on the beach can I at least walk on. Or is it like port?
drive to here (untill gravel road turns to sand) and park....walk 100m or so to the beach http://maps.google.co.nz/maps?q=muriwai ... d&t=h&z=18
Flan, I'll have my hilux there so I can give you a hand if you don't think you'll make it. Marineweather.co.nz says the wind will be NE all day tomorrow so hopefully Murawai is on.
Average day should have gone to the Port. We fked the tides up. Wally and Dick cheers for the tow. Glad no one got my beach fuk up on camera.
