How do you remove choke knob from 09+ SJ?

How do you remove the choke knob from a 2010 SJ? There isn't a screw as such under the knob.....

I had a better look under the knob. There seems to be a screw but there's no head to turn? Almost like a grub screw but with no hex head... hmmmm...

ill go have another look at mine but that is the one u want to take out.i think its a phillip head...very small.ill go look at mine.
