they usually charge $10 for entry, and $10 for a day license then they usually do a free bbq, and have a small prizegiving at the end where fuel vouchers and chocolate bars are given out.... puzzles me how the club stays afloat on $10 a head! whats this about $100 then?
Tofa is right, its a north island tour round so its $75 for the racing and $25 for a day license but i have just spoken to leanne who is running the event and she will run a superjet class for us and all we will have to pay for is a day license so $25 all up and they will even throw in a prize for best trick or least amount of clothes worn during the race or maybe the most intoxicated (tofa)
good work norm hope they stick with this this is all about jetskiing as a whole will be a lot of fun i hope
Sounds like a primo weekend, hope I can manage at least one lap...the last and only time I tried racing at the Whiti speedfest I didn't even complete half a lap before my ski almost caught on fire. If I get paid by then I'm in!
Whos going down then? Ill watch some racing on sat but not really keen to enter (always fall off when I gun it... usless). Def keen for a drink or two sat night tho! Jetskiing is best hung over, scientific fact.
Steve, you are a fukin vagina, everyone is racing for fun, everyone will be falling off so grow some fukin balls and get out there with the rest of us, sat night we will be going to cornerstone bar in tauranga and getting animal. Who is staying where, there is a motel about 50 metres from the pub called the durham motel
