    Just wondering what helmets you guys use and recomend? dont imagine the salt waters too good for some kinds of helmet padding

    im using an old KBC mx helmet- could be lighter, but couldnt be cheaper, has been going a few years now. padding is still good as

    If the budget allows go for carbon fibre mountin bike helmet...Otherwise just look on trade me and you will find something in your price range
