I've heard this is something that needs to be done reasonably regularly,so since I have my engine out doing other stuff I may as well replace it....

Where do you get the seals from?

Is there any special removal process?

Is there a torque order for the head bolts, or just a sensible even order and what torque do they need to be?

    Cheers

Orings generally last pretty well….unless something else is wrong…like overheating, warped head or cylinder, head or dome worn so dome become loose.

You can get new orings from oring / seal shops …like Seal House , Seal Imports …….get Viton ones. The long water jacket one is normally just O-ring cord and you glue the ends together at the correct length.

    Torque specs on ada website:

oh… and the Oring numbers to ask for are with an ada head:

    043 (for compression) in Viton
024 & 020 (for orings on top of domes) can be Buna or Viton
1/16” Cord (for outer water seal)

But might wanna take your old ones along too to compare
