On the positive side I've just finished everything on my ski and it started first pop.

New turf.
New complete electrics/ignition/lanyard assy
New msd enhancer, removed total loss.
New bendix
New engine keepers
lightened/balanced flywheel
additional bilge pump
Replaced hoses and hosed correctly, now has dual cooling rather than parallel cooling.
Aligned engine correctly, was 2mm out all around.

The bastard better be reliable now!!!
