FOF Huge Success!!!!!

I think everyone will agree that the 1st ever freeride event in NZ, the 'Festival of Freeride' was a huge success !!!

A big credit to those involved in the organising especially Dick Webb!

Was awesome to meet so many of the riders from around the country & overseas, especially those that put in the effort travelling some big distances!!!

I don't know what to say, I'm overwhelmed, all the calls to Dick, terry and Mark in the last few weeks as well as ringing Aussie god knows how many times seems like nothing now thanks to the event being such a success and that is because of all the riders supporting the event and making it what it is, The fact that so many Cherry poppers were out there giving it a crack and the winner making it on TV news is insane, Even the prize giving was just awesome with no problems and everyone getting something out of it, even the Cry baby got a tee shirt.

Im stoked the next generation of freeriders is looking fuckin strong. Im sure you will all agree that competitive antisocial racing events are for fags. Congrats to Mark Dury, Casey, Craig and Bex you guys made it for me..Chur

Grant Wilson racerorganised camera and media for event turned up and helped allday

these people make up the comittee that put this event together

Tony shannon Racer supplied marshal ski and marshaled (drove 6 hours each way )

These people have done so much and put alot of effort into bringing this event together

I completely agree with you all, this weekend was an amazing weekend! Thank you all for your encouragement, its meant a huge step up in my riding to enter this weekend!
Here is hoping we can all keep on the freeride buzz and keep helping people like me step it up!
