Do I need to drill and trap a 2ND hole in the b pipe manifold to run dual cooling?

Ok how do i set up the dual cooling then? Any one got a diagram or link to a diagram that i can use?

the most common way is to drill & tap another hole in your b-pipe manifold (on opposite side there is a boss there for it)

but another way is to run one line to the manifold, and the extra line to the header pipe, but then you have to route the rest of the lines a bit different to accommodate the change

I have no idea if i ran my colling setup right, it has the little squirty jet out the front of the ski, but then there another big pipe like a garden hose that spits really hot water out the back (like almost too hot to touch)

Ok sweet will just still and tap it, what size do ya drill and tap? And what size is the nozzle bit?

normally 1/4" or 1/8" BSPT i think,...you can buy different size hose tails to suit the hose your using usually 8 or 10mm

    places like blackwoods sell them:

Cant remember, it ran sweet when i hooked it up and hasnt given any problems so i figured hot water leaving the motor was good.
Think it comes off the bottom of the exhaust manifold, then the another one comes off the front of the block and the front of the exhuat mani, then T into two and out the pisser

Complete waste of time, nobody needs dual cooling unless they are racing a big motor with a dry pipe

yeah pretty much, especially with the water temp in NZ .........only really good if you suck up shells on the beach and block one of your lines, then youve still got one working..
