I have a coffmans pipe off a 650 sn , wondering if this would fit my rn 701 if so would it be worth changing my oem pipe?

people often use them on the Single carb 701's found in the later squarenose & fx-1's. They tend to grind the manifold to match the bigger 701 exhaust ports and also open up the hole between the manifold and the head pipe.

havent heard of any on a roundnose, twin carb style 701 tho....

i run one on my 62t 760, goes hard. not sure if its been ground or what, but bolted straight on. previously i had it on a 6m6 which was bored to 701, also went well. the one thing that made the biggest difference for me though was putting a 4mm reducer in the stinger line, without it you get no top end increase over standard.
