Got the day off and its looking good according to swellmap.

Shit Dax if I had of knowen earlier I would have gone. I will be out there tomorrow if the weather holds out. How was the surf today.

looking at going to orewa on sunday it seems to get the best turn out and gotta see tayne go upside down !!!!!!!!!!!!

its blowing easterly at the moment so be cleen on the west but swell looks massive but i have work tomorrow any how and no cash

we ride 2 x a week but have to work sat so just a ride at orewa for us on sunday

what was it like today??

It was mint out there today. A bit smaller than I expected but clean surf with the wind heading offshore. Windy as at the boat ramp, but the dunes must have sheltered the surf.

Yeah micro small at muriwai, the easterly was harsh

Yer anouther mint day at the port. nice and glassy with 3 to 5 foot swells. Dax getting some good air. Will be sore tomorrow. Any one going out to the port tomorrow if the weather holds.

just got back from port....was fairly decent..wind switched around at end of ride....so east coast should be good this arvo too!
