So I broke my blaster.. and while we have it "fixed" I need to do something about the head... Si and I have been having the debate with regard to ADA Head VS Shaved down Stock Head?
    Opinions?

    Shaved head:

    - Cheaper.
    - Can retain the used of a good quality head gasket for reliability.
    - Has the bosses for mounting OEM & some aftermarket exhausts.

    ADA

    - Looks cool
    - Costs more
    - Easy to change compression (switching domes)
    - can use girdle bolts to protect your cylinder from cracking
    - Orings are cheap
    - Probably more prone to leaks as you can warp the head (torquing wrong, over heating etc) then you will find the o-rings will fail frequently..

And while I was at work last night I sorted out a shaved head for you, so I'm glad you decided that!

make sure you add some washers (same thickness as what was taken off the head) to the top of the bosses when you bolt the exhaust back on....

    Good thinking! thanks Knoxie.
Actually the exhaust bolts (or lack of) are what caused all this to start with.

Advice for everyone: when you buy something, pull it apart to make sure all the bolts are in it that are meant to be and they are the correct length or shit will break!
