Weather is not looking flash for this weekend (again), but with a little luck we will be getting hit by a High the next weekend.. At this stage Saturday is looking the best (its a pretty long-range forecast so that could change).. 4-6ft face on the West, and maybe 2ft on the east, with a light Easterly. I haven't been in the surf since Queen's Bday weekend, withdrawal has well set in... Definately time for a decent ride with a few numbers. Mid-winter so be sure to follow fashions seen last year of boardies and no suit / vest / gloves / boots... You know what I'm talking about. Seriously, if that high is going to miss the weekend I'm taking a day off - if anyone else is keen.
na skis still a few weeks away its at the painters now and all my goodies from the states get here next week so starting to fizz abit. Will ask the boys and see what happens but im keen as.
yea this crap weather sucks especially when ya get a few real nice days during the week .......i could be convinced in takin a weekday off if weather is good!
Looks like that high might be getting here a little early.. Some time between Tues and Thurs is looking the best.. Followed by rain for the weekend. Maybe clear up on Sunday for a bit but wind could still be an issue.
Sunday could be the go... Looks like a break in the rain, wind dependant.. Will be friggen freezing..
Port waikato looks alright for Sunday …seems a bit smaller than other west coast beaches …got like 1.3m swell forcast for Sunday …..hopefully weather be ok
West coast is looking PRIMO for tomorrow... 4-6ft, wind possibly slightly onshore or from the South, but light.. No rain..
If i dont get to shit faced tonight me and john are keen and if rumble finds his keys we are going to pick him up on the way.
yea just spoke to rumble ...sounds like if all goes to plan will meet at port waikato boat ramp at about 10.30... hopefully see ya ther
