    Bottom end rebuild required?

Bearings don't seem to have much/any slop, but she's pretty noisy..

Definitely sounds like it's done some work.

You ideally need to pull the cases apart and spin each bearing individually to determine how bad they are.

While its apart its pretty easy to split for a check. I have noticed on a old baster motor how noisy they're when cold. If its not rusty and pitted it will probably last long enough to save for a fresh one. Only way is to look

Case is split - all bearings relatively noisy. Just going to bite the bullet and replace them now while it's apart.
If I leave it, best case it I'll be pulling it apart to replace them in another 12 months anyway. Worst cast it'll take the case when it goes.
