Saturday 25th - Mangawhai

Who's keen on riding this weekend?

Looked at the surf report - bigger on the west coast but there is strong westerly that will probably make a real good mess of that.

Mangawhai looks like the best option - on Saturday as well as the swell is larger that day. Won't be massive so good for all levels of experience.

I'm keen for a Saturday ride at Mangawhai ... and I might have convinced my friend Jerry to come too.

Sickballs - I reckon about 9:30am at the launch site so we're on the water by 10am. Maybe too early of a start for some??

Note: I don't actually know where we launch cause I've never ski'd at Mangawhai before.

High tide at 11am, so 9.30 sounds about right.

Report looks good, wont be big but will be clean as its SW.
Much the same report as when I was there 2 weekends ago and that ended up with some decent waves.
