    that posting was pretty strong...

    semi apologies

not really fair that I've been officially grilled about that incident when I wasn't even there.... of course I came home saying what a great bunch of guys and an awsome time I'd had

don't mean to cause offence but hey ...we're all accountable

and it was my niece an nephew swimming there

LOL I thought you were joking about your brother and law.
For the record there was a lady there who totally disagreed with the dude who was ranting at us and commended us on how we were riding into the bay, the harbour master also was on our side. :D

She wasnt the fast cars and jetski type, trust me. She was late 40s and pregnant, we were at least 100 meters away from any kids doing 5 knots so the info you were told was wrong just ask the harbour master. Its hard when you are not there to get the right info I guess.

So you wern't taking the piss then???
Shouldn't believe everything you hear then. Was never a problem except for your brother in law thinking he owned the joint. Wasn't any kids in the water swimming and we wern't being dick heads (for a change). He was on some wicked power trip and as Norm said there was an unbiased lady there who commended us on our behaviour.

    yeah ...
its's all secondhand info to me,

I just didn't like getting the phone call from DOC guy this morning, as I had no idea what he was talking about and he still wasn't happy today. ... i basically said 'what? I don't even know the guys, wasn't there and couldn't comment on their actions.

apparently he's had a whole summer of it.
