Queens birthday weekend @ Hobbs Wharf , Gulf Harbour , Whangaparoa on Sunday from 10 am - 4pm. Off the hook promotions will host the first extreme watersports show. Adrian De Villiers supported by Dick,Tanye and Mark will be showcasing their flat water freestyle skills. First event was a success Freesoul hucking backies off just the snap of the throttle, dick and tayne flat water rolls all day general and my self had a blaster drift track set up around the basin with a high speed cannon ball run through the athletes chill out wharf, my high lite was my superjet hood slaps and crowd howls that the lil kiddies loved, bring on the next 1
Event has been locked in for three years ( with a summer date early next year) , talk of another event based downtown is on the horizon. Hats off to the lads for putting on a great display with little practice. Roll on the next one.....
