I'm still workn on getting my ski sorted in the cooling dept, plus I have an electrical issue i'm trying to find, theres a short sumwhere (I think) it intermittently shocks me after it stall's when u hit the start button thru the front panel when your in the water, so i'm pulling the electrics box apart tonight, but will try for thursday, i doubt id make wednesday but don't change your plans just for me, where do you guys meet/ride? Waimak bar? And yea am super keen on getting up north to the April event sounds like it's guna be an epic event.
getting shocks is often a bad earth , check the earth lead from the stator-plate to the E-Box & check your main earth lead from battery to back of starter-motor, make sure the lugs have a good connection to the cable...they can often corrode away under the heatshrink / insulation.

Hey Timmy I'm not guna make it tonight if your still going, I went through and checked all the earth leads last night which were all fine, getting the B pipe out was just as much of a prick as I remember it being! But there's no blockage in that either which was what i thought i'd find, the fault has to be in the e-box so thats the plan for tonight.
Tested the ski out on sunday after a afternoon that ended up going into the night on saturday, found water in the E-box (salt) not kewl! Wires weren't routed cleanly enough and caused it not not want to shut 100% plus there was too bigger gap where some of the wires went into the box from the outside so spent hours going through cleaning each individual connector re-routed every one so its a clean job and rtv'd were there were areas of concern, tested sunday morning = no issues, have also sorted my cooling issues am now getting great flow out of both outlets very happy! Am now ready to go hit the surf! I'll flick u a text
