Send me your stock Blaster, Superjet or FX1 CDI and $80 and I will install an adjustable rev limiter... Your CDI will have a little dial on the side similar to a MSD allowing you to adjust your rev limit from the stock setting to approx 8,700 rpm, helping you 'out of the hole' in those cavitation situations. The limiter is left in place to stop your engine from quickly revving itself to death if you have an air leak or jammed throttle. For normal riding you should not hit the raised limiter once you pass about 7,500rpm. This will not give you as much bottom end as the MSD as it still has a stock ignition curve, but is a cheaper option. To get this gain on the bottom end on a surf ski you can slightly advance your timing although this is not recommended for skis pulling high revs for long periods of time. I can also completely remove the rev limiter if that is what you are after.. PM me for more details.
You know I'm only here to advise the best ways and means to keep your ski's running and not break the bank at the same time. What the fuk am I on about, I think I have a drinking problem! I miss the abuse from the midget
Am I that said midget??? Or you talking about the Maori Midget?? Where is he anyway?? Making a land claim somewhere??
