  2. Do you have a pole limiting rope? This may solve your problem

Yep got one of those it helps a bit but I mainly ride flat water and if you shorten the rope a bit it limits you a spring with less tension would be the awnser

When I was in ozzy I saw a rickter ninja with 2 separate bolts and no spring but man did it have a wicked creeking sound going on MR KP do you make anything ?

the spring/no spring is person preference really, if you do run no spring & tight pole , either run a long bolt with spacer tube, or 2 pinch bolts either side.
If you do run a spring then it is just a matter of getting the spring tension right. There will be a new KP bracket available very soon that has an adjustable spring perch built in, so you can adjust the tension on your spring.

just an ally shell that you need to cover with turf etc. 2 styles (http://www.kp-parts.com/parts/chinpad-shell) i really need to add some more photos to show them finished and fitted.

Tayne runs no spring on his rickter and keeps pole tight so it stays where it is when he lets go of it

Did he use a spacer on the long pole bolt or separate smaller bolts?

no spacer just remove spring and tighten pole bolt then tighten lock nut

But won't that close in the pole bracket and bend it ?

Well I made a pole bolt spacer cranked up the bolt and it is shit makes the ski way harder to ride so who and where do you get a weak spring from ???
