    hey all!

Just wondering if anyone has put a blaster2 engine and exhaust into a blaster1? Is it even possible? And if not, can i use the engine and another exhaust?

A B2 engine will fit into a B1. I think you need to use a different exhaust.

I figure that would be the case, but what exhaust will fit? Could you squeeze a B1 exhaust on? Or even a superjet exhaust??

as you mention it would just be the large b2 exhaust that may not fit....you could put on a b1 or superjet exhaust (they are the same) or an aftermarket exhaust like a B-Pipe. One thing to note if you change exhausts is that the b2 760 engine has M10 bolts holding the exhaust to the cylinder, where as the other exhausts have M8 bolts, the easiest thing to do is just put recoils (helicoils) in the M10 thread to step down to M8 (both are 1.25 pitch so you can do this)....or drill out holes in the exhaust manifold to 10mm.

Did one 2 weeks ago bro, to a limited b1 pipe. Drill the holes on the exhaust manifold and use the original m10 bolts except for the the top 2 centre. The helicoils dont work. My local bolt shop gave me some hex inserts had to drill and retapp to fit them. Ill shoot you a pic tommorrow of what they look like.
