Hey guys got a mate who has a B1 single carb, hes wanting to put a pipe on it to give it a bit extra top end speed. Whats the best bang for buck? there's a coffmans pipe on TM for $500 not sure if that is a good price or not, often see similar ones for kawas at a fraction of that. I think a b pipe or even an old riva would be better, but will the single carb always hold him back? cheers Jamie
i dont notice fuck all differnce in twin carb and single in my skis, and if anything the single carb has more to end (but neither of them are blasters lol)
I have a riva red on my blaster and I like it. As long as you shim then to the head they are fine in the surf. As for more top end there is not a great difference with a pipe. Pipe is more foe bottom end. He my need to change impaller. My two cents worth.
yeah true good point Flan will quiz him up on what prop he has. I've got a riva red on my superjet and love it too, does everything I need.
