My cable has melted against the waterbox. Any idea how to best get a new one (cheeaap). Anyone got a good tool for pulling off the white nut at the pump end of the cable. This can be tuff apparently. Any other hints, please let me know. I have the tank and battery out, but totally fresh at this. Cheers

Take the pole off makes it a lil easier to feed thru. Polygrips (multigrips if you are a plumber) should get the white nut off it you don't have a suitable spanner. Its pretty straight forward, pull out from the pump end, feed in same end. Before pulling too hard make sure it is free (there is a little clamp on the pole end under the chinpad).

    You'll be sweet.

They are about $130-$135 genuine, or you can get one made at morse cables which can be a bit of a hassle but possibly cheaper.
